Stainless Steel

This Vollrath steam table pan is a 1/3 size pan and is 6" deep. The pan is made of 24 gauge 201-2B series stainless steel. Vollrath's stainless-steel steam table pan was designed to withstand and tolerate heavy-duty commercial usage in the most demanding of restaurant environment.

Strengthened Design

The rim is located higher up with a flat edge in order to keep steam from leaving. The flat edge design even makes it easier for people to carry around. The corners have an easy pour design. This design was added to allow for easy pour out of contents into containers. Unlike other pans, this one has round edges as opposed to sharp corners which makes it easier to scoop out food. 

Anti-Jamming

It features anti-jam lugs that will prevent it from getting stuck. If this pan is not in use, you can stack it with others in a storage area. You'll never have to worry about it sticking to other pans, because of its anti-jam features.
