From Bake to Presentation
The P 90/55 is a traditional high style free-standing paper baking mold. This single serve mold has a corrugated bottom with a single layer sidewall. The mold exterior features a gold floret design with brown background. When baked, the gold floret print stands out. Oven safe in temperatures up to 390° F. Place molds on baking sheet for additional support in the oven. Microwave and freezer safe. Grease resistant.
Suggested uses: panettone|yeast bread|quick bread|crumb cake|brioche.
