1/3 size anti-jam steam table pan is 6" deep and made from 22 ga stainless steel. Anti-Jamming feature allows pans to be stacked and unstacked easily without sticking together. Steam pan has compressed pan sides to avoid changing of shape and offers a greater grab while taking the pan away of the heated steam table.
